We have a wonderful opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Manager to join our Governance and Safety team which operates across Active Care Group, supporting with all areas of compliance including completion of Quality Assurance Framework reviews, production of reports for group wide use and other supporting administrative duties as required.
You will support the Head of Governance and Compliance to create a culture of safety and best practice for governance, providing support for our risk management function to help collate information on the scale and nature of risks across the Group and embed structures and processes to ensure risks are identified, escalated, monitored and mitigated effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Implement organisation wide/departmental policies, procedures and guidelines
- Uphold the privacy and dignity of the patient and respect the equality of patients/residents and people who use our services at all time
- Actively work with the operational Managing Directors to develop and maintain their risk registers to ensure risks are correctly captured, categorised, and scored, with appropriate controls and mitigations recorded against each risk
- Co-ordination of all external regulatory compliance inspection reports and associated action plans (as required) across the group
- Support with the data quality within all business critical clinical systems
- Maintain the confidentiality of the Organisation in respect of patient and colleague information obtained at all times, and use such information only as authorised for specific purposes
