Your role
In this position, as a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will work together with and support all departments within Business Unit Ground Combat in the areas of risk management and compliance.

The main tasks are:

  • Drive and develop our work within Risk management at Business Unit Ground Combat.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support within the area of Risk management for the Business Unit.
  • Within the compliance area, ensure that the Business Unit comply with different regulations that are linked to our business. This task could include to monitor, risk handle and improve the tasks linked to different regulations. FAR/DFAR compliance, Information security (ISO 27001 and customer specific requirements), Minimum level of compliance for our international sites, policies within the company itself but also custom and legal requirements are main areas.
  • Analyze, plan, document and implement adaptions and help to implement efficient ways of working throughout the BU.
  • Participate, Coordinate and/or drive different projects/activities/working groups as the Business Unit representative in the area of risk and compliance management.
  • Participate in and perform internal audits.

This role reports to BU Ground Combats Head of Risk & Compliance. This position is placed at our office in Karlskoga. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, is frequently occurring.
Your profile

To succeed the ideal candidate will have:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Legal or Business Management or other degree relevant for the post.
  • Experience from work within risk & compliance management and/or requirement handling.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects, laws, regulations, standards and best practices relating to risk handling and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team and ensure high quality according to policies and procedures.
  • You are a good listener and a driven communicator (verbally and written).
  • Knowledge and/or understanding of risk and compliance within the area of cyber security, information security and experience of project management is an advantage.
  • Personal qualities will be of outmost importance and it is paramount that you are trustworthy and take responsible for your actions and tasks.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
