Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement, in conjunction with key stakeholders, policies and procedures related to warehouse equipment, systems and program operations.
  • Amend policies and procedures to meet operational changes and legislative updates.
  • Develop and oversee daily, weekly, monthly routine program of work inclusive of site preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage and maintain emergency evacuation procedures for the whole site.
  • Ensure all processes are maintained and managed including CCTV, swipe card access, liaising with onsite security team and external security monitoring.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Experience in a facilities management role or related field
  • Experience in contractor management
  • Knowledge of EEO, OH&S and HACCP Regulations
  • Experience in delivering capital works including capital submission and project delivery.
