We are seeking a passionate and experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to ensure operational readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements, while leading a team to success. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact as you implement new processes and procedures for the business to satisfy compliance and mitigate risk.

Ideally, we are looking for people who have the ability to interact and make a positive impact with a large range of internal and external stakeholders. To be considered, you will need to demonstrate your experience in leading a Regulatory or Risk & Compliance team in the Energy or Telco industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand all regulatory requirements and drive compliance within the Retail Division.
  • Work collaboratively to identify, design, build and implementprocesses and system controls to drive compliance with Regulatory requirements.
  • Educate business owners and teams on the intricacies of regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to navigate and implement new or updated regulatory requirements, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Advise management on risks and actions where required to ensure compliance;
