The Risk Control Partner Analyst role enables operational delivery of A&G’s risk management strategy throughout Product and Claims & Assessing and ensures the compliance and protection of the company through the implementation and maintenance of a robust risk framework. This role will work across Product and Claims and Assessing to formulate and execute key risk governance initiatives for A&G. Key success criteria include product knowledge and delivery across claims cost management, customer outcomes, productivity and a culture of high performance with high integrity.

(Insurance) Physically inspecting risks proposed and furnishing written reports to enable Underwriters to make informed acceptance decisions

• Create and foster a strong 1st Line Assurance for Product and C&A
• Improve internal risk controls, detection and response capabilities across Product and C&A.
• Partner with our Quality Assurance Function and the change delivery teams to map, test and improve our control environment
• Maintain detailed technical and practical knowledge of regulatory and industry compliance requirements
• Act as an internal subject matter expert in providing risk and compliance advice, expertise and education across Product and Claims and Assessing
