As a Senior Risk Control Officer, you will be responsible

for the following activities:

• Provide an overview of the regulatory aspects of risk

control topics affecting the bank

• Participate in the development and implementation

of the risk control framework

• Ensure that the regulatory and internal risk limits

are compatible with our strategy and activities

• Stay up to date on regulatory developments and

modify internal processes and procedures

accordingly

• Develop and maintain regular risk control reporting

processes, in particular ICAAP and ILAAP reporting,

liquidity report, IRRBB report, etc.

• Support the development of the Pillar III report
• Develop strategic risk management documentation,

particularly the risk and own funds strategy,

recovery plan, NPL strategy, etc.

• Provide risk-related information for management

reports, financial planning, audit and ad-hoc

requests

• Design and continuously improve quantitative risk

management and stress testing tools

• University degree in economics, finance or similar
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in risk

management, banking or finance

• Knowledge of the banking industry, including relevant

risk regulations and market practices

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint)

• Experience with different statistical tools and

methodologies, particularly Python, R and SQL
