Join us as a Risk & Governance Principal and bring your expertise in operational risk management to our Finance division by supporting one of IAG’s four strategic pillars - ‘Manage our risks’.
As a Line 1 risk partner to the Ffinance division, you will provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of operational risk management. This includes, but is not limited to, risk identification and assessment, controls management and assurance, key indicator design and monitoring, compliance obligation management, and risk events and issues management.
You will maintain a detailed understanding of the requirements of IAG risk management frameworks, risk maturity ambitions and regulatory expectations. You will apply this understanding to support the implementation of the Finance risk management plan in close collaboration with Finance leaders and their teams.
This is a permanent role and can be based in Sydney.
