Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

PGIM Real Estate’s Operational Risk Management team is responsible for assessing and monitoring risks to PGIM Real Estate’s global business operations and for recommending and implementing risk controls that mitigate those risks. The team supports PGIM Real Estate’s strategic business objectives by developing and maintaining effective and efficient risk management programs.
The ORM team is currently seeking to hire an analyst to support a global team of experienced risk managers. This individual will be responsible for independently managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, risk reporting and data integrity of risk data in systems and databases as well as supporting the execution of day-to-day risk management activities and ad hoc requests.

What You Can Expect

  • Proactively assist management with all aspects of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, including but not limited to:
  • Facilitating third party risk ratings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guiding internal and external stakeholders through PGIM’s TPRM due diligence program
  • Managing due diligence requirements
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Reporting status(s) of third-party diligence
  • Escalating matters to management
  • Maintaining TPRM databases
  • Assist with RCSA, KRI, quality control and other operational risk data inputs into OpenPages, Prudential’s GRC application
  • Independently track and report issues and action plans resulting from RCSAs, Internal Audits, Risk Events, etc. until effective closure
  • Serve as a liaison between the Business and Internal Audit
  • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports, e.g. - ORM Dashboard, KRIs, etc.
  • Understand Prudential’s Operational Risk Management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Operational Risk Management framework
  • Document meeting minutes from PGIM RE’s Global Operational Risk Committee meetings
  • Assist with various Information Security activities (e.g., review and process access requests, entitlement reviews, assist with the Data Loss Prevention Program, etc.).
  • Potential ad-hoc projects and opportunities for responsibilities to evolve
