Description:
Clarivate is looking for a motivated Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and where possible, improving the governance framework and processes related to managing the ERM program across the company. You will work on the planning and execution of the ERM cycle, including risk framework updates (e.g., business risk reviews coordination, MRC meetings), business continuity assessments, risk assessments, risk monitoring, and reporting to key stakeholders. In addition, you will work directly with Business Continuity Plans and support the business segments in risk management and business continuity activities.

ABOUT YOU – EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Undergraduate degree in business or other related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant enterprise risk management experience, with an advanced understanding of risk management theory and practice, and of strategic, operational, financial, compliance, risks, and controls
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of ERM governance and control frameworks such as COSO
Responsibilities:
- Identify critical systems, categorize based on enterprise and operational risks that are crucial to the continued business operations in the event of a disaster
- Maintain compliance with all standards, regulations, and requirements under COSO, AICPA, ISO Standards to support certification in SOX Compliance, SOC Compliance and ISO 22301
- Proactively develop and own relationships with our key stakeholders in the business, to ensure continuous alignment with key initiatives including our business continuity and risk transfer program.
- Work cross functionally with leadership and teams across Clarivate to identify and prioritize remediation, and track completion
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with IT Infrastructure teams to maintain disaster recovery plans and metrics to ensure the security and integrity of company technology and data, and identify program improvements
- Champion specific initiatives to enhance the quality and value of our service delivery including benchmarking, internal/external research, thought leadership, training & competency development
