Description:
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for further detailed information to ensure that you meet the role criteria before applying. Lead a plan of work with application owners and colleagues across the organisation to support the appropriate development of the system to aid day to day management and oversight as well as wider governance. Work with colleagues from various disciplines to understand process and information requirements, working together to find and embed trust wide system solutions. Lead system design and development to aid colleagues in their safe delivery of care by ensuring all applications within the system support the identification of risk and embedding of learning.
Manage colleague expectations to ensure that they are aligned to the system capabilities and available resources. This will require use of a range of communication skills to convey the complexity of the system to individuals or large groups with differing levels of knowledge. Work with leads to prepare and co-ordinate a trust-wide communications plan for key risk issues and system developments utilising newsletters and content for trust briefings. Maintain and develop the Risk Management & InPhase intranet pages.
Lead and contribute to trust wide system development events such as workshops, QI events etc, to aid system development and streamlining of processes. Lead on system training to support leads to utilise system tools to develop process or reporting solutions or alternate assurance reporting.
