Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and employment history
  • Assist in posting job advertisements and managing job applications
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
  • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and orientation materials
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees
  • Plan and present career related events / fairs for the company
  • Collaborate with marketing department for job EDMs and candidates’ outreach
  • Assist with any other HR administrative tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in any related field
  • Outgoing and team player
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
