Job Description
This position reports to the Quality Manager in the Operations organization. This position will work with the Logistics team, the Repair and Quality team, Operations Engineering and the global Sales and Service organization. This role will fulfill orders for a new sales initiative called Try It Buy It (TIBI) where a customer will get a unit for a trial with the opportunity of buying it.
It will be based out of our Distrubutions Center 5 days a week.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure 100% compliance to Cognex’s RMA return policy and ensure customers are correctly invoiced if they are not compliant
• Fulfill RMA, Sales Loaner requests and TIBI orders
• Received returned RMA, Sales Loaner orders and TIBI orders
• Support ongoing continuous improvement activities within the Service and Repair department
• Manage and Expedite sensitive RMA requests from the Quality team and Operations Engineering
• Maintain product services inventory (finished goods, end of life inventory, sales loaner inventory) and participate in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
• Understanding of Lean concepts and tools

Minimum education and work experience required:

• An Associate’s degree in business or supply chain management is strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of warehousing or production experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
