Job Description
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate from an accredited Nursing program. Minimum two years experience working with childbearing families or maternal health nursing. Must be able to completed job related competencies as deemed necessary to the performance of the RN role in the nursing department of employment.
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state
Valid and active IBCLC certification (or obtain within one year of employment) required
Valid and active CLS, CLS, or CBS certification in lactation support required if pending IBCLC
AHA BLS required
ACLS, PALS, NRP required dependent upon area
