• Location: Pensacola, Destin, Panama City, Port St. Joe - Florida
• Position requires travel throughout the area market. Master’s degree and minimum of two years of leadership experience are highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master’s degree or combination of Bachelor’s degree and experience preferred.

Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.

• Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
• Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
• Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization’s strategicpriorities.
• Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
