QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of related Road Use experience
- Related post-secondary education in Petroleum Land Administration
- Working knowledge of land systems (e.g. CS Explorer, AbaData, SPIN, ETS systems, DDS)
- Solid understanding and strong knowledge of land documents, applicable legislation and regulations, and the ability to apply such knowledge
- Experience in word-processing, database and spreadsheet applications is required
- The successful candidate possesses flexibility, adaptability and an ability to manage multiple large volumes of work within a tight deadline
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively in a team environment is essentialExceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Road Use Analyst to be part of a surface land team working directly for our client in their offices in Calgary for a term contract. The primary responsibility is handling Road Use Disputes, Upgrades and Road Bans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and run monthly Road Use billings
- Review and respond to third party Road Use EnergyLink disputes
- Road Use Accounts Receivable: Analyze, negotiate, and resolve Road Use billing issues
- Liaison between Surface Land, Field and Accounting
- Review and resolve Road Use complaints and concerns
- Problem solving as necessary; actively reporting progress and problems to Surface Land Manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Issue Road Ban and Road Upgrade Agreements, when required
