Description:

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Roadway/Highway Design team as a Roadway Team Leader in Jeffersonville, IN. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with substantial experience as a project engineer or project manager for local agency and/or INDOT roadway design projects.

We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal. Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but most of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local public agencies and state DOT’s.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 12+ years of experience in this discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience with project management and accounting software
  • Proficiency with Microstation and/or AutoCAD
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
