Description:

Are you passionate about transforming business through technology? Do you excel at solving business needs by delivering Robotic Process Automations (RPA)? And do you want to be a core team member of a digital transformation journey in a dynamic multicultural company with 18 production sites in 12 countries? If your answer is yes, this might be the perfect challenge for you! We are right now looking for an RPA Lead to join our Digitalisation team.

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Be the GPV “lighthouse” showing the way for effective use of RPA solutions in GPV
  • Develop RPA solutions in close collaboration with colleagues in the group functions and production sites to drive a more efficient GPV
  • Form and govern a new RPA Community of Practice by identifying and upskilling RPA citizen developers across the GPV group
  • Implement the technical environment for RPA deployment at scale together with colleagues from the IT & Digitalisation
  • Build governance to ensure the RPA platform and service management capability are fit for purpose, and in line with the defined operating model.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

  • Solid understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimisation with a strong business acumen
  • Background from the manufacturing sector through practice or consultancy
  • 5+ years’ change management and technology project delivery experience
  • Proven experience in developing RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform products within the manufacturing industry where the ERP system is key
  • Benefit to have good knowledge of other Microsoft technologies as Dynamics D365FO and Azure
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience of driving virtual teams in an international setting, and preferable in a citizen developer context
  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Besides meeting the technical requirements, you’re a person with a positive mindset, adaptability, eagerness to continuously learn, and being an effective communicator are crucial. We are looking for candidates in proximity to our Headquarters in Denmark (Vejle), or in one of our sites in Finland (Vantaa, Lohja), Estonia (Elva), or Slovakia (Nova Dubnica).
