Robotics & Automation Solutions Design Lead
(Principal, Software Development)
Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements Automation Tools & Systems. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.

What you bring to the role:

• Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in Designing Automation Tool Solutions and Drive Delivery of Enterprise Automation Tools. Manages large projects or processes.
• Co-manages and coaches, reviews and delegates work to Automation Engineers. Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Provides solutions to a variety of advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
• In-house expert on Robotics & Automation technologies.
• Complete understanding and wide application of advanced technical principles, theories and concepts in a specialized field.
• Possess broad knowledge of DevOps/SDLC and other related functions. Determines and develops approach to solve functional area related issues.

The Ideal Candidate must have the qualifications:

• Minimum of a 4 year degree
• Minimum of 5 years Technical Design Lead experience preferably managing Software Development Solutions through a technical team of Developers, Engineers and Analysts.
• 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific to Software Development & Engineering.
• Experience working in a multinational company with exposure on leading other cultures

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience Agile Project Manager, PMP certified preferred
• Sound understanding of DevOps SDLC.
