Description:

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. From the seabed to outer space, you can contribute to work that matters with a company where diversity, equity and inclusion are shared values. We’re committed to fostering an environment for every teammate that’s welcoming, respectful and inclusive, with great opportunity for professional growth. Find your future with us.
@Boeing, we create the future — of mobility, autonomy, speed, endurance, space access and exploration, undersea vehicles, cybersecurity, communication and much, much more. We connect people, products, and ideas around the world. We protect people and nations. We explore the mysteries of the universe from seabed to space to cyberspace. We inspire future generations of innovators, dreamers, and doers.
We are Boeing Research & Technology: Boeing’s global research and development team creating and implementing innovative technologies that make the impossible possible and enabling the future of aerospace. We are engineers and technicians, skilled scientists, and bold innovators.
We are seeking a Robotics Control System Engineer to support the Advanced Production System team in Auburn, Washington. We are looking for a broad range of experience including Associate, Mid-level, and Senior engineers.
The Advance Production System is a section of Materials & Manufacturing Technology within Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T). Our scope of work spans initial concept (TRL 1) to feasibility/development (TRL 3) to production implementation (TRL 7) and production support.
The selected candidate will work on various projects in a lab environment, supporting different internal customers. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, willing to take task on their own, and try to figure out the solutions. Successful engineers in this position need the curiosity to know, the ability to navigate themselves in a vague requirement, and can think outside of box. The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator while working on a team with other engineers to deliver valuable technology to the customer. Some of the work we perform may take us to locations outside of the Puget Sound area; therefore, there will be times when business travel is required.
Join us and put your passion, determination, and skill to work building the future! #TheFutureIsBuiltHere #ChangeTheWorld
