Responsibilities:
- Process Management and Improvement: Analyse and enhance processes, workflows, and equipment layouts. Develop and manage operational processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors, collaborating with stakeholders for successful changes.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth integration of outsourced services and monitoring performance to enforce agreements.
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and supervise operations and project staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative work environment to boost team productivity and growth.
- Risk Management: Implement robust controls and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
- Technology and Systems: Oversee and maintain technology solutions supporting operational processes. Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and improvements. Optimise resource allocation for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Set and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee project implementations, developing and progressing robust project plans to completion.
