Description:
KION Group AG is a leading global intralogistics provider with its two main business segments Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) and Supply Chain Solutions (SCS).
Business Transformation (BT) aims to achieve a KION-wide harmonization of all business processes, data objects, and IT systems. The “Design-to-Build” process area encompasses all processes in R&D and industrial engineering. The position of the Roll-In specialist Training assumes responsibility for all end-user related enablement activities in training and communication across all KION segments globally.
After the BT project, the training responsibility will be established in CTO Engineering Excellence. This position is not assigned to specific processes, but a support functionality across all Design-to-Build processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- You will own the Design-to-Build training methodology
- You coordinate the creation of training material for end-user training, using expertise of internal and external partners
- You are responsible for accessability of training material using KION internal learning platforms, e.g. CTO Academy / Workday incl. ensuring that all applicable trainings are assigned, have been completed, and trainees surveyed
- You act as business partner for KION Group IT ensuring system environment and integrations that are needed for training
- You regularly review training material in case of process improvements
REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Based on a successful degree in a business or technical field, you have gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or consulting, with experience as a training & communication expert
- You are familiar with process management and process optimization methods such as Lean Management
- You are convincing in audience-specific communication and have strong social skills and a pronounced willingness to change
- In an interdisciplinary, international environment, you communicate, present, and moderate confidently in English
