Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
You will complete a Certificate III Hospitality qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensuring guests receive efficient and superior levels of cleanliness and service in their rooms.
- Ensuring guest rooms are cleaned according to brand standards.
- Accommodate to guest requests and needs.
- Assist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of a trainee.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following selection criteria:
- Commitment to both on and off the job training
- Ability to work across a flexible roster.
- Strong professional communication skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Willingness to be flexible to taking on a variety of tasks.
- Strong physical ability to clean multiple rooms per day.
- Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
