Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

You will complete a Certificate III Hospitality qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensuring guests receive efficient and superior levels of cleanliness and service in their rooms.
  • Ensuring guest rooms are cleaned according to brand standards.
  • Accommodate to guest requests and needs.
  • Assist in general duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence, and ability of a trainee.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following selection criteria:

  • Commitment to both on and off the job training
  • Ability to work across a flexible roster.
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Willingness to be flexible to taking on a variety of tasks.
  • Strong physical ability to clean multiple rooms per day.
  • Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail
