Nursery: Bright Horizons Palmers Green Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £29,845.20 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Palmers Green, North London
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Palmers Green nursery. This setting is situated in North London, close to Palmers Green railway station, and offers access to Central London within 30 minutes. There is also nearby access to bus routes 121, 616 and W6. This role is for 27 hour, working 3 days a week.
The nursery offers a setting in a beautiful converted house, our team of nurturing and experienced staff are dedicated to providing the best care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
• Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, to help all children to develop and meet their individual milestones
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
• Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
• Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
