As a room leader at Bizzie Bees Nursery, you will play a vital role in leading a small team in early years and ensuring the smooth running of the room. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- A minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Two years of early years experience
- Good communication and teamwork

- Enthusiastic, and have a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Early Years level 3 - Essential
Maths and English at GCSE level A-C 4-9 or functional skills equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Safeguard the children in your care, prioritizing their safety, well-being, and emotional development at all times.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and staff, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
- Build positive and successful relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
- Lead the team within your assigned room, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure best practices and high standards are consistently maintained.
- Support the management team by actively contributing to the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Stay up-to-date with current childcare regulations and best practices, implementing them effectively within the room.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
