Responsibilities:
As the Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate staffing levels across the beautfiul Walmsley Aged Care Facility!
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
What does your new role look like?
- Provide support for the aged care operations rostering and any adjustment requirements
- Provide a range of administrative function including, but not limited to staff rostering, scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, and administration.
- Facilitation of all paperwork and processes for all administration tasks.
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers
- Resident advocacy is strongly evident in management and communication.
