With a strong focus on excellent customer service, the Roster Support Officer will be part of a central Workforce Planning Team with a key responsibility to:

• Coordinate the day to day scheduling of staff for sites, including sick leave, personal leave and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements
• Maintain master rosters for sites, in accordance with established timeframes, in conjunction with the Planning Manager and Manager on site
