POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Rostering Coordinator, your role is crucial in creating a seamless and person-centered approach to care services. Bring your proactive attitude, exceptional organisational skills, and rostering experience to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Join us in shaping a brighter future!

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, My Aged Care, and the Home Care Packages Program.
  • Driver’s License: Current Victorian driver’s license.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written skills, including report preparation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and internet use.
  • Compliance: Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) with Simply Helping added as a notified organisation and NDIS Worker screening check.
  • Global Perspectives: Foreign Nationals must provide a current valid [International Police Check] and working visa.
  • Personal Attributes: Exhibit well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous problem-solving skills, and comfort with a high level of accountability.
