Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Ensure rosters within designated area are available at least two (2) weeks in advance of the current date.
  • Create and maintain staff profiles in Workforce Dimensions and ensure they accurately reflect position, hours, award, area, and shift.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry on WFD of any changes to shifts.
  • Ensure all updates or changes to rosters due to personal leave, shift swap requests or other unforeseen requirements are actioned in WFD.
  • Ensure all communications are attended to in a positive and courteous manner providing accurate and appropriate information if requested.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate management of vacancies within Collections.
  • Monitor casual employee: availability recorded, numbers of declined shifts and variability of areas/shifts worked.
  • Ensure Reliever Collectors are utilised to the full extent of their contracted hours within the most efficient radius of their nominated hub.Liaise with Commercial Team, and Collection Lead as soon as possible if vacancies cannot be filled or only partially filled.
