Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Rota and Outpatient Coordinator working across Acute Medicine.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be organised, have good communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders being the first point of contact for patients, GPs and doctors.
You will work under the Service Manager with responsibility for:
providing a high quality, efficient and effective reception and administrative service to patients, visitors and staff
administering the junior doctor rotas to ensure the best service
Supporting coordination of outpatient care
