Description:
Responsibilities:
- Arranging of trucks to be allocated to routes daily (Updating DRM)
- Communicate any issues on Cash counting
- Planning of loading trucks and allocation per load
- Ensuring that drivers orders are captured and correct
- Any customer issues needing urgent attention
- Update and control crates per Route/Driver
- Plan and control leave days (Drivers, VA’s)
- Communicate targets and address drivers performance
- Route ride all routes and ensure route agreements are signed off
- Update and control Sellable returns and damaged bread
- Scheduling Drivers/Va’s per route
