Are you looking for a position in which you will set the direction for our the Ferry activities in the Netherlands?
We are now looking for a successor as Route Director Netherlands. In line with our strategy “Moving Together Towards 2030”, you will lead the Dutch Freight Ferry activities and ensure continued growth as well as protecting and growing profits.
DFDS has an industry leading ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda, creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace and a strong focus on decarbonisation initiatives, where you will have a big role to play.
You will as part of our strategy ‘Moving Together Towards 2030’ ensure collaboration across the different DFDS Ferry locations and DFDS Logistics. Moreover, you will develop close relationships with the customers, and based feedback from the customers enhance the customer experience with DFDS in close collaboration with the functional Freight Customer Service team in Copenhagen.
The position is in DFDS Ferry, Vlaardingen. You will report to Jacob Andersen, Vice President & Head of BU North Sea

• Engage with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Foster business development linking inland transport modalities with our ferry routes
• Further strengthen the collaboration across other Ferry locations and with our DFDS Logistics division
• Standardize and digitize the operations to transform
• Ensure that the Dutch routes reaches climate goal on emissions
