Our Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Route Retail Sales Manager to cover parental leave as a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 9 months.
As the Sales Manager for Route Retail, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy and delivering our executional plans across a wide range of accounts within the petrol, convenience, and out of home retail channel. This is your opportunity to work with accounts such as The Warehouse, Night ‘n Day, Farro Fresh, UBT, BP, & Z Energy to name a few!
Leading a diverse team of National Account Managers, you will focus on enhancing key client relationships within the Channel to drive strategic partnerships and deliver strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Route Retail Channel strategy including performance metrics against budget and build insights to support marketing NPD and customer initiatives
- Lead the development of Account Plans to unlock profitable growth for Goodman Fielder and the Customer
- Lead Joint Business Planning reviews
- Negotiate new business agreements
- Achieve Route Retail Channel Volume and EBIT targets
Whilst the current incumbent is based in Auckland, this role could be performed from anywhere in NZ.
