Key Responsibilities

This role will entail full responsibilities of operating the Transport Management System TMS, optimizing fleet resources, route planning and building and assisting the transport manager in ensuring all SOPs, SLAs and KPIs are met for insource and outsource fleet.

• Utilizing TMS to build routes based on the complexity and requirements of customers’ SLA
• Maintain and report transport daily plan
• Follow up with drivers on the agreed SOPs
• Maximise whole fleet utilization
• Optimize truck load capacity
• Ensure route optimization to be efficient and effective
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Tabulate reports, analyse and update findings of reports
• Proactive continuous improvement of work processes
• Any other duties as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Good PC and basic keyboard skills with advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Experience in TMS or route planning systems
• Working knowledge of Navision / D365
• Knowledge in supply chain fulfilment
• Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and conditions
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English writing skill
• Must have a customer-orientated approach
• Able to work independently and contribute effectively to the Logistics team
• Analytical with good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• At least 1-2 year working experience with fleet, transport distribution or last mile delivery operations
