Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Service focused personality is essential; prior customer related experience preferred
Familiarity with Opera Cloud or a similar property management system
Background in Hospitality or related field is desirable
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to details, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early morning, late evening, overnight, weekends and holidays, as required
Proficiency in professional English both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
Assist internal and external guests through various communication channels, including phone, email and messaging systems
Consistently offer personalized and anticipatory services to enhance the guest experience
Recommend property facilities and amenities, addressing special requests and inquiries efficiently
Conduct Reservation checks to ensure all reservations are set up correctly for a smooth guest arrival experience
Actively listen to guest feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain an excellent rapport with various departments within the hotel
Execute hotel emergency procedure and situations with professionalism and efficiency
Book room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system
Additional responsibilities as needed by our leadership
