SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Responsibilities:
The RPA Consultant is part of a team that centralizes the development of the intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. Allows automating controls into the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process. The RPA Consultant will work with developers and other subject matter experts to understand the process they’re working within the business unit and consultant on automation best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate to Sr Business Leadership
- Ability to understand complex business problems and identify requisite automation / technology solutions
- Ability to collaborate across functional areas and teams to drive execution
- Ability to work autonomously and drive execution with minimal supervision
- Experience of identifying and delivering automation solutions
- Automation tools and capabilities (RPA, Workflow, AI, Reconciliation etc.)
- RPA solutions consultant with 2-3 years’ experience.
- Ability to quickly identify automation opportunities within the business.
- Ability to quickly build credibility for delivery robust automation solutions timely.
- Understand lightweight workflow and preferably the Alfresco technology associated with that.
RPA Automation tools used in this role:
- RPA - Blueprism, UI Path, Alteryx, Appian
- AI related - Chat GPT, Generative AI
- Workflow related: Jira, Pega, Appian, MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Salesforce
- Process modeling related: iGrafx, ARIS, Sigmaflow, SAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience working with RPA tool UiPath.
- Experience working with Power Apps.
- Automation tools and capabilities (RPA, Workflow, AI, Reconciliation etc.)
- Financial Services or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience using AI related tools.
- Possession of a Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
