We are seeking a dynamic RPA Developer to integrate automation and AI into our content creation and digital marketing workflows. This role involves collaborating with our teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities. As an integral part of our fast-paced scale-up environment, you will showcase the value of various tools through rapid understanding, execution, and independent problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Automation & AI Integration: Identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancements within the team’s strategies and processes.
• Collaborative Analysis: Work closely with content and marketing teams to understand and analyse existing workflows and processes.
• Process Optimization: Utilise automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Make, Zapier, and others to streamline and optimise processes.
• Generative AI Tools: Experiment with and integrate Generative AI tools into workflows, demonstrating tangible value to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Training & Support: Assist team members in adopting new tools, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact of AI integrations and automations, using insights to drive further improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in AI and automation, ensuring efficient team scaling.
• Impact Assurance: Ensure all developed solutions are impactful and deliver real value.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Process Management, or a related field.
• RPA Experience: Proven experience with automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Make, or Zapier.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.
• Independent & Hands-On: Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach and quick execution.
• Collaborative & Adaptive: Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies, with the ability to integrate them into content creation and digital marketing processes.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Python programming and process design.
