Description:

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an RPA Expert for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Romania. Our client is a specialized ICT company that focuses on designing solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. They provide infrastructure, database, software, and integration solutions for business-critical environments using “Best of Breed” technologies. Their experience covers applications, databases, operating systems, servers, and storage technologies, translating into deep skill sets for consulting, integration, and managed services to create customized customer solutions. By building on the knowledge and expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, they have become a recognized leader in providing and managing specialized IT Infrastructure solutions. It is a privately held company based in Centurion, South Africa, and also operates in other African countries, including Namibia, Lesotho, and Swaziland. The project involves developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline the processes, including HR, Finance, marketing, Ops, Engineering, and internal business processes. The RPA Expert will work on automating repetitive tasks, improving accuracy, and increasing productivity, ultimately supporting the company’s goal of advancing mobility through innovative railway technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in RPA tools such as Power Automate, Robocorp, and UiPath.
  • Strong knowledge of Python.
  • Understanding process discovery, mapping, and reengineering, with a strong portfolio of successful optimization projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation techniques.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent process mapping and documentation skills using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Analyze processes and identify areas for optimization, simplification, and automation.
  • Reengineer processes to eliminate redundancies, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
  • Design and develop RPA solutions using Power Automate, Robocorp, UiPath, and other automation software.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate reengineered processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure they are reliable, efficient, and error-free.
  • Implement and deploy RPA solutions in production environments, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and measure the performance of automated processes, identifying opportunities for further optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in process optimization and RPA.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on re-engineered and automated processes.

Will be a plus:

  • Certification in RPA tools such as UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP).
  • Experience with AI and machine learning techniques in the context of process optimization and automation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
