RSOC Operator (Marina One)

WORK LOCATION AND TIMING:

• Located at Marina One
• 12-hour rotating shift based on the following shift deployment:
• 2 shifts (day) followed by 2 rest days (0700hrs – 1900hrs)
• 2 shifts (night) followed by 2 rest days (1900hrs – 0700hrs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma certificate in Security studies, or any closely related field of study.
• Prior related experience preferred.

• Act as the RSOC primary POC to address business disruptions, incident response, and crisis management in providing general assistance to DC ASOC/SCR as required.
• If required, assist DC security management whilst working closely with the regional security teams.
• Provide oversight to ASOC/SCR to routinely support GS and IDC operations, in line with established post orders, response protocols and SOPs.
• Liaise with ASOC/SCR to dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, police, fire and EMS personnel in line with client’s protocols and operational guidance documents.
• Communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
• Maintain various records of communications and events.
• Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information, intelligence and incidents.
• Informs (without delay) the regional OCS of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.
• Works with the regional OCS to maintain routine security system end user health checks, identifying and mitigating issues that arise.
