You will make a real impact in ensuring that Australia’s present and future workforce have the skills necessary to drive and grow our booming industries by:
- Message Crafting: Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging tailored to the RTO sector, aligning with organisational objectives and key initiatives such as Earn While You Learn, Centres of Excellence, Qualifications Reform and Training Package Reviews.
- Communication Delivery: Disseminate key messages and communications related to RTO-centric activities and initiatives through various channels, including newsletters, emails, website updates, and social media platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with RTO stakeholders, including training providers, industry bodies, and educational institutions, to gather insights, address concerns, and strengthen ties through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Content Development: Develop engaging content, including articles, case studies, and success stories, highlighting the impact and outcomes of initiatives within the RTO sector, showcasing best practices and success stories.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including subject matter experts in VET, government policy, research, data and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of messaging and communication efforts with organisational objectives and strategies.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback from RTO stakeholders on communications and messaging effectiveness, conduct evaluations, and make recommendations for improvements to enhance engagement and impact
Responsibilities:
