Plan, coordinate, and manage stakeholders, technical experts, and third-party providers
Ensure tasks compliance with planned workloads and schedules
Define migration choices and methods with the help of experts
Coordinate the supply and logistics needed
Set up and manage follow-ups using Kick-Offs, Meetings, Closings, and Feedbacks
Participate in the creation of small project documentation
Ensure the transition to production of projects
Install and configure Windows components or addons
