    Our Rural Banking team are on the hunt for a passionate and energetic Rural Banking Associate to join their team.
    Te tūranga | The role:
    In this Rural Banking Associate role, you will be part of a specialist rural banking relationship team who look after a portfolio of rural banking customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service for new and existing customers while also proactively looking for opportunities to promote ASB products and services. You will also provide outstanding operational and administrative support to a team of high-achieving Rural Relationship Managers.

    To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about rural banking and building your career in the industry. It will be your friendly, can-do attitude, superb organisational skills and engaging phone manner that will help you build strong relationships with everyone who you come in contact with. Passionate about delivering a positive experience for our customers, you will need to have a flair for admin coupled with exceptional time management skills and MS Office capability to ensure your success.
    Previous experience in a relevant banking environment is preferable; however, it will be your ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service and relationship skills coupled with your accuracy and attention to detail in all admin functions that will catch our attention.
