REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a Medical Degree & Post Graduate Specialisation in General Practise from a Comparable Health Country with New Zealand.
  • 3+ years experience as a General Practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work individually & collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

This full-time position offers the chance to work in an engaging community-focused practice, with the support of a strong administrative and nursing team. The practice is well-equipped, providing a broad range of primary healthcare services. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent work-life balance with minimal after-hours commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive and continued care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention strategies.
  • Develop and manage long-term treatment plans for chronic health conditions.
  • Contribute to the clinic’s preventive health initiatives and community health programs.
  • Ensure high standards of clinical care and safety are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.
