About the Software Developer (RUST) Role:
This role seeks an experienced Software Developer proficient in Rust to join the Singapore technology team, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications and components for various parts of our trading systems.
• Utilize expertise in either C++ or Rust (or both) to write robust and performant code.
• Utilize Python for various scripting and integration tasks.
• Continuously enhance systems to adapt to evolving trading needs.
• Ensure smooth operation and reliability of trading systems.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and lead projects from start to finish.
• Provide second-line support for systems, actively addressing post-deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in either C++ or Rust, alongside Python, coupled with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging problems related to low latency or high throughput to excel in the role.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in either C++ or Rust (or both) and Python.
• Experience in tackling challenging problems related to low latency or high throughput.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to lead projects, drive requirements gathering, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prior experience in finance is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
