About the role
We are looking for a talented Front Office Team Leader join our team of #Daymakers. Some key responsibilities of this hands-on role include:
- Ensuring the Front Office team is customer focused, being proactive in identifying customer needs.
- Welcome and assist with all guest arrivals, departures and requests.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and challenges presented on shift, including responding to guest feedback.
- Assist the Duty Managers with the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Assist the RDM with the training and development, for the greater Front Office team.

- Strong written and verbal communication essential.

- Advanced OPERA PMS experience desirable.
