ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Hillside Aged Care (located in the Adelaide Hills – 15mins drive from the CBD) are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join their team on an ongoing full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring planned and corrective maintenance and repairs are carried out safely in an effective and timely manner
  • Maintaining an excellent standard of work and present in a professional manner
  • Participating in projects, contractor management, WHS compliance, site inductions, equipment replacement and budget preparation
  • Entering and monitoring work requests utilising a computer aided maintenance system
  • Attending meetings with General Manager & Regional asset compliance manager as required
  • Obtaining quotes as required
  • Undertaking maintenance and relocation of furniture to meet occupancy requirements
