This multinational team of 40 employees today is looking for their third sales manager (40h/Week fulltime) based in Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Sales Manager at PINPOOLS you are responsible for the acquisition of new B2B customers - from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract. You will be working with the CEO Alexander directly as well as international customers.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Initiating first contact with potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, email plus events and conferences to qualify potential leads
  • Booking and conducting software pitches via video call to present our data intelligence solution
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline in the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Preparation of offers and conducting contract negotiations
  • Furthering the development of innovative sales concepts, collaborating with the current team
    Requirements

Your profile: You…

  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus but not necessary
  • You have several years of experience in B2B sales, possibly with software products and large accounts
  • You have successfully completed your university studies or a comparable training
  • You act proactively with a customer-centric mindset and a structured way of working
