Responsibilities:
AS THEIR NEW RETAIL MULTI-SITE MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Working with a collaborative office team including the Director and Founder herself, to drive sales through excellent customer service
- Always being customer centric, managing and prioritising the customer experience in-store and online, as well as supporting store teams to do the same.
- Leading, coaching and motivating the retail team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional KPI results
- Managing stock issues and feedback to head office.
- Managing the daily store operations including effective rostering, cost management, visual merchandising, budgets, and retail store deliverables
- Recruiting, onboarding, training and supporting people to be their best
- Driving change, accountability and thinking outside the box to achieve results and deliver handbag happiness into the hands of customers
- You’ll absolutely love fashion and be excited to contribute your brilliant retail management skills to this wonderful business
- You’ll enjoy working in a hands on, collaborative environment, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into tasks and projects
- Can identify missed opportunities and a great track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
- Have great communication skills with the ability to be a leader and build good relationships
