Your role in our team
Tasks: Your main task is to provide our customers with optimal support and assistance in 1st and 2nd level support within our customer service in the area of returns management.
Interface function: You handle clarification cases in close coordination with other departments and external partners such as technology & support, sales, carriers, distributors and manufacturers.
Communication channels: You communicate via telephone, ticket system and e-mail.
Working environment: You can expect strong team cohesion and varied activities.
Your profile
Background: You have completed commercial training, e.g. as a management assistant for dialog marketing, management assistant for office management or a similar qualification.
Work experience: You have initial experience in customer service and ideally have knowledge in the areas of complaints, guarantees and warranties.
Customer orientation: You keep calm even in stressful situations and have tact in dealing with customer complaints. Customer satisfaction is your drive and motivation.
Enjoyment in dealing with people: and this is also noticed by your counterpart, whose concerns you handle efficiently and professionally.
Teamwork: You benefit from a well-connected team and contribute your strengths.
