Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly experienced SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Practice Consultant) to join our team and support our automotive customer in their Agile transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and SAFe, with experience in leading large-scale Agile transformations and coaching teams to achieve their full potential. As a SAFe SPC, you will be responsible for guiding our customer’s organization in implementing SAFe, providing training and coaching to teams and leaders, and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile practices. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS

• SAFe SPC certification and 5+ years experience in agile organization transformation
• Extensive use and experience with Jira and Con or a similar technology
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe
• Strong conflict resolution skills required
• Full working proficiency in German and English

• Provide training and coaching to teams, leaders, and stakeholders on SAFe principles, practices, and frameworks
• Lead and facilitate the development of the program increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and program backlog management
• Coach and support RTEs in their roles, ensuring they are equipped to lead their Agile teams and deliver working software
• Provide support and guidance to Agile teams, helping them to overcome obstacles and improve their processes
• Facilitate organizational change management, working with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to adoption
• Identify areas for improvement in the organization’s processes and work with stakeholders to implement changes that align with SAFe principles
• Collect and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of the SAFe implementation and provide insights to stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives, managers, and team members, to ensure alignment and buy-in for the SAFe transformation
• Ensure that the organization is compliant with SAFe certifications and maintain the necessary certifications as an SPC
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAFe framework releases, best practices, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve the organization’s SAFe implementation
