Job Introduction
Dudley Children’s Services are keen to recruit to the highly successful Education Safeguarding Team. We are seeking to recruit an experienced and passionate safeguarding in education trainer who is well versed with extensive experience of working in safeguarding and a sound knowledge of the national guidance around keeping children safe in education and working together. The role will also provide the opportunity to be part of multi-agency working groups to develop and provide a safeguarding in education voice. We would welcome applications from professionals who have the skillset to deliver and arrange high quality informative training and resources to a range of audiences, school leaders, Designated Safeguarding Lead’s and Governors. The post is 4 days per week, and there would be a comprehensive induction programme providing the successful candidate with ongoing support and guidance to continue developing their skillset.
